Elvis Presley - Elvis is Back! (Legacy)Deluxe Edition

It's always great to hear Elvis Presley in between of all modern music nowadays. The King of Rock'n'Roll still has a one of a kind charm, and no one was able to duplicate it since. This deluxe edition features two records. The above mentioned "Elvis is Back," and "Something For Everybody." Both enriched by all of the hit singles Elvis had out at the time. This totals 12 additional tracks that were not included on the original editions.

The sound on both records is crystal clear, and considering these recordings date back all the way to 1960-62, this is an achievement. This is the very beginning of popular music, and the historic aspect of the release is very impressive. Apart from the great music, the set is beautifully packaged, filled with great photos, and very insightful liner notes. And looking at photos, one sees a time in American history that's definitely a past now.

Great set by a true American icon, and an amazing job by Legacy and its research team. And it proves one thing over and over. Elvis is still the king!
