Quartz - Stand Up And Fight (Metal Mind Productions)

Another classic NWOBHM release makes onto CD. This by far is the newest of reissue of Quartz's second album. The reissue comes with one very rare bonus track, and it is in the digipack format. The recording dates back to 1980, and you can feel that frame from the production, and how people perceived heavy music back then. "Stand Up And Fight" is not only a great record, but an excellent document into a time long gone. Quartz were a great band that reached certain level, and never went beyond that, but among the fans they are considered a very significant group. The reissue campaigns allow many new fans to discover great bands like Quartz. "Stand Up And Fight" is a limited and numbered release, there are only 2,000 printed.
